The Planned Mom present, not surviving

Hand the survival tasks to AI and get your hours back for your kids.

I'm a homeschool mom who builds simple automations you run in Claude — starting with the one that steals your Sunday night. Answer a few questions once and your custom weekly meal plan, prep, and grocery list build themselves, so your hours go to your kids and your homeschool instead of the household grind. You stay in control. The busywork doesn't.

Free. It runs in Claude (free to start). No spam, ever.

how it works

It's not a meal plan I hand you. It's an automation that makes your own.

You run it inside Claude and it builds a full custom week for your family in minutes, every time you want one. Here's the whole thing:

before you sign up

This runs in Claude. Here's what that means.

The automation is powered by Claude, the AI assistant made by Anthropic. Never used it? No problem. It's free to start, and you'll simply paste in what I send you and answer a few questions. Claude does the rest.

If you'd rather not use AI at all, this one might not be for you, and that's completely okay. I'd rather tell you up front than have you sign up for something you won't use.

The meal-planning works on Claude's free plan. The fully hands-free version (where it builds your grocery cart automatically) uses a paid Claude feature, though you don't need that to get your plans.

Meagan with her two children

hi, i'm meagan

I built this because I needed it myself.

I'm a wife, a homeschool mom of two, a licensed real estate agent, and a content creator who runs full operations for two commercial real estate companies. No nanny, no tutor, no housekeeper, no chef. Every task falls on me.

For a long time, all of that piled on top of the survival tasks every mom carries: meal planning, grocery runs, the household logistics that never stop. So I started building AI automations to hand those hours back to myself, so I could actually be present with my kids instead of just keeping everyone afloat.

The Planned Mom is what grew out of that. It's the systems I built to save myself, packaged up for the moms who are done just surviving their days and want to actually be in them.

The hands-free library

The whole thing runs itself. It remembers your family, plans every week on its own, builds your cart for you, and takes on the rest of the household grind, not just dinner.

this is just the start

Really, this is a homeschool-mom toolkit.

Meal planning is the easy front door. What's coming is the part nobody else builds for homeschool moms — lesson planning, record-keeping, the admin that eats your week. I'm building it around what you tell me you need most.
